(150 words minimum): [color=#c0392b]For the team I would add trust. I would do this by being respectful of their sits/job and not criticize/argue with them even if I truly believe they are wrong. Another value I will bring to the team is humor. Humor doesn’t sound like a great quality at first but if you think about it if the staff is having a bad day with nothing cheering them up they will most likely take it out on the players in the game because it’s very frustrating dealing with all the RDM’s and NLR’s.  My final value for the team would have to be reliability because whenever I am needed I can just hop on and get to work since my main job right now is doing just that so I got used to managing discords and solving problems. Also with reliability if I am at fault for doing something I will openly admit it and be honest like I have been on the server throughout my time. [/color][/b][b]Why do you want to be staff? (150 words minimum):[color=#c0392b]The reason I wanna be staff is to help the Osiris community grow and prosper over other servers. I like this server but usually there aren’t many people online to play with and I would like to add more people to the server. Also I see there are a lot of people requesting admins and usually the admins are bouncing around trying to handle the cases in a reasonable time to head to the other sit or actually play on the server. With that in mind I would like to help take a load off of the other moderators/admins. Another reason I would like to be staff is because I was greeted  so nicely by the staff during any sit or role playing with them that it encouraged me to help the server and become staff. My last reason is to host events to bring a new feel to the server that makes it stand out from the rest and so it’s not just like every other server.[/color][/b] [b]Tell us more about yourself (130 words minimum):[color=#c0392b]I am 15, I live in Wisconsin. I love working on/building computers on my free time. I am a moderator for a pro league discord (Team Voltalic) yet I don’t actually know if they are pro league yet. My parents won’t let me get a job so I have to go look for money by mowing the neighbors yard or picking stones for the farmer next door. I’m good for researching computer topics like tricks with discord or with gmod servers. I could also see if I can make a fully functional website for this server in my computer class while at school. On that topic I go to school every Monday-Friday from 6:30-3:45 so I’m afraid I cannot get on at that time but usually I am free to get on at any other time if I’m not already online playing. Just this year I had started playing darkrp and I loved it once my friend showed me what it actually is but before that I didn’t want to wait the 10 minutes to get into a server. All I want is to just join the staff team and help the community grow on this server.[/color][/b]
