I have experience as an admin and super admin, as well as being a devloper for a server.

I could spend around 3-4 hours a day on the server.

I tend to keep a pretty positive attitude towards others. I don't see myself actually being angry at someone. Being angry can result in irrational decision making, so I avoid that. I also try my best to see all sides in a story fairly. Being unbias is important in a staff position because all the players need to be treated fairly. I also tend to be really understanding of how severe someone's punishment may need to be. Some situations are worse than others and some people don't see a situation how it actually is. I am also pretty serious when need be. I have a playful attitude though, so I can also lighten up a situation when needed as well. I also understand my restrictions well, there are certain lengths I should go with a staff position and I find it easy to see those lengths. I also like to look at all the factors in a situation like how someone could say they were rdmed and they fail to mention that they damaged the other player, I see that there are always two sides to a story and I look at both.

I would like to be a staff member on this server because I see myself fit for the position. Often while I am on I don't see many staff members. I watch as they come and go from the server. I am also available at hours that most wouldn't be. I can take the time to get on the server late in the night when there may be no staff on. I also understand how to administrate or, hold a staff position from previous experience. I also don't let any situation go past me, other staff members may see something that may not be serious and just think to let someone else handle it, but I don't think that's right and I am willing to handle any situation. Also in a time where there are no admins online and I have to handle something like MRDM or MRDA or something that disrupts the whole server, I know to get the person's information just in case they leave the server or something of that nature. I also see myself as a positive figure that can bring light to dark or rough situations. I also am not afraid to give feedback, I refrain from lying as well. I tell the truth whether it's harsh or not. I am also not afraid to speak up when I see something wrong or corrupt happening. Also from my understanding and point of view, the current staff team is very friendly and I feel that I would mix in well with them.

I tend to treat others than I treat myself, I see myself as a very outgoing person. I tend to be pretty open about my personal life as well. I have a split family which means I have a mom and a stepdad, and a dad and a step mom. Some may know that others may not. I'm not really afraid to speak up however I do keep to myself. I only really speak up when I see that it's necessary. I see myself as a kind hearted person as well, I treat others respectfully even if I have a reason not to. I try to keep a good attitude towards all people no matter the situation, even when I have a problem with someone I treat them with respect. Another thing about myself is that I no longer play many sports due to a number of severe concussions and other head injuries. I have been told over some amount of years that I am clumsy and accident prone. I also was introduced to video games at an early age. The first game I ever played was on the original Xbox. I have since played games on things such as a sega genesis and an n64.[/b]
